Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall:

• Take place in Sofia, Bulgaria

• Be conducted by a single arbitrator

• Be conducted in English

• Be governed by the substantive laws of Bulgaria

Class Action Waiver

You and AI Mom Travel agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis. You may not bring claims as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or to address claims of unauthorized access to the Services, without first going through informal resolution or arbitration.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, notices, and updates. You agree that all electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

16. Miscellaneous
